Job Description: This is an execution-focused role responsible for the “daily heartbeat” of clients’ brands. The role requires a versatile creative who can design quickly, manage online communities efficiently, and schedule content to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (60%): creating high-volume assets like daily social media posts, flyers, and internal documents based on templates, as well as adapting key visuals for different formats.

Social Media Management (30%): Scheduling content across platforms (IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, FB), managing the community by replying to comments/DMs, and tracking basic metrics.

Content Creation (10%): Assisting in capturing raw photos or videos during events for Reels/TikToks.

Requirements:

Portfolio demonstrating the ability to design clean, engaging graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and comfort with Canva for quick adaptations.

Deep understanding of current social media trends (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn).
