Job Title: Creative Lead (Hybrid: Strategy + Execution)

  • This role acts as the “guardian of Jukwaa’s visual output”. It is a “Player-Coach” position designed for a Senior Designer who wants to own the brand while continuing to design. The role involves bridging the gap between business strategy and visual execution for the agency and key clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Creative Direction (50%): Personally designing high-value projects such as brand identities, tender documents, and pitch decks, and translating complex briefs into visual narratives.

    • Team Leadership (30%): Supervising the Graphic Designer/Social Media Executive, providing daily feedback, and enforcing strict brand consistency before assets reach the client.

    • Production Management (20%): Managing relationships with external print vendors, ensuring files are print-ready, and overseeing production timelines.

  • Requirements:

    • Strong portfolio showing conceptual branding and high-quality layout design.

    • 3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a mentorship or leadership role.

    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.

    • Ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
