Job Title: Creative Lead (Hybrid: Strategy + Execution)

This role acts as the “guardian of Jukwaa’s visual output”. It is a “Player-Coach” position designed for a Senior Designer who wants to own the brand while continuing to design. The role involves bridging the gap between business strategy and visual execution for the agency and key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction (50%): Personally designing high-value projects such as brand identities, tender documents, and pitch decks, and translating complex briefs into visual narratives.

Team Leadership (30%): Supervising the Graphic Designer/Social Media Executive, providing daily feedback, and enforcing strict brand consistency before assets reach the client.

Production Management (20%): Managing relationships with external print vendors, ensuring files are print-ready, and overseeing production timelines.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showing conceptual branding and high-quality layout design.

3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a mentorship or leadership role.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.

Ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
